This time we ordered the surf and turf hot pot for two, with a choice of two types of meat. We chose the small fatty beef and the beef shoulder, both of which were quite good. Personally, I prefer the beef shoulder as it is less fatty. There was also a seafood platter with five types of seafood, which I thought was okay.
For the soup base, we chose garlic explosive three delicacies and spicy milk. I really like the spicy milk; the milk balances out the spiciness, resolving the problem of the milk being too rich. If I go again, I would still want to choose this soup base. The garlic explosive three delicacies was also good, with a pretty strong flavor.
The fried egg with lard mixed rice was fragrant with the half-cooked egg mixed with the lard in the rice, which is great for those who enjoy rice.
There is a self-service sauce station, four types of drinks, and ice cream available. Additionally, there is a small play area for children. The food is delivered by a robot, which is quite special for Tou Cheng. The portions were adequate for me, and there is convenient parking nearby. The only thing to note is that they only accept cash payments; there is no mobile payment or other payment options available.
