🔖 Today we're having: Thai Yuan THAIYUAN 🇹🇭

Chosen as a Bib Gourmand recommended Thai restaurant for three consecutive years (2022–2024), its reputation and quality cannot be underestimated! The restaurant is located at a corner, and its eye-catching blue exterior is very striking. The first floor features an open kitchen and outdoor seating area, while most seating is concentrated on the second floor, providing a comfortable and non-crowded dining environment.

This time, we ordered three dishes, all of which performed very well:

⭐️ Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Shrimp | 💰280
Originally wanted to try the stir-fried rice cakes everyone recommended, but they weren't available that day. However, this rice noodle dish was impressive! The sauce was rich and flavorful, fried to a dry and non-mushy texture, with fresh and springy shrimp—highly recommended!

⭐️ One Bite Thai Appetizer | 💰220
The most interesting dish at the table: 8 different ingredients served with lettuce, allowing for a free combination and wrapping to eat. Each bite brings different layers of flavor, making for a visually and tastefully rich experience.

⭐️ Green Curry Vegetable Rice | 💰200
The staff reminded us that the green curry is spicier, and those who aren’t into spicy can opt for red curry instead. However, I found the spiciness to be within an acceptable range. Generous servings of vegetables complement the rice perfectly, and the dish is quite satisfying.

There are quite a few people on weekends, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance!
Although I can't temporarily go to Thailand, enjoying Thai Yuan is a form of travel as well (laughs).
