The sign says it was established in 1933, making it a century-old shop! However, the environment is very bright and tidy, with an open layout but air conditioning on, and after checking out, you go next door to pick up your receipt. The shop only sells three simple items: meatballs, fish ball soup, and vermicelli soup.

💰 About the pricing 💰
Meatball $45, Fish ball soup $35.

🍴 About the dishes ☕
The meatballs are not large, and the skin is not too thick. Although they are deep-fried, you can't taste the fried flavor. The meat chunks are quite large and solid, and the sweet sauce on the side makes every bite delicious. The fish ball soup has three large贡丸 (large meatballs), not the usual small white ones. The soup is sprinkled generously with pepper, allowing you to taste the celery and pepper; the fish balls taste similar to the贡丸 and are quite tasty but not particularly unique. I've heard that most people prefer the vermicelli soup.

This meatball shop in Taichung is a nostalgic treat I've been enjoying since childhood. Despite only selling three items, it has stood the test of time for 100 years, so it's no wonder it has been honored with the Michelin Bib Gourmand. The shop usually has many customers, but since there are few items, you won't have to wait long to receive your food. If you get the chance, you must go and try it!

從小吃到大的肉圓老店,位於火車站附近,附近很多好吃好逛的,吃完肉圓還可以去多那之買個麵包。人潮很多!但是上菜速度極快,一入座說要幾個肉圓,馬上就來了,翻桌率也很快,畢竟只賣三個品項。肉圓的皮口感Q彈,裡面有紮實的肉塊,但我還是最愛埔里那種有包筍子的肉圓。 冬粉湯超好喝,裡面有肉和筍絲,喝兩碗也不會膩,因為太久沒吃了,最近還連喝好幾天的冬粉湯,是小時候的滋味,沒有改變!不吃肉圓沒關係,一定要喝滑溜順口的冬粉湯!推薦。

113/2/18(日)晚上用餐米其林必比登推薦的小吃🍽️ 自從上榜之後外帶人潮變超級多 每次去都要排隊個五分鐘左右 高中時就常常吃的肉圓~到現在味道還是沒變! 店名沒打錯 就是台中肉「員」(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) ⚠️大致需注意⚠️: 1.店內只有肉圓&兩種湯,不要再問了(老闆會生氣🤣) 2.先點餐再入座,直接講要幾顆就會有人送到桌上 3.吃完記得主動到門口旁邊開發票! 👌🏻大致體驗👌🏻: 1.除了高中下課時候來吃是內用外,我一般都採用外帶 最大的原因是我認為環境有點不太乾淨 靠近門口的地方地板都是醬滴下去踩到黏黏黑黑的痕跡 希望未來可以鋪個紙板或防油、防滑地毯之類的來做改善~ 2.內用可能會與他人併桌ㄛ 3.最推冬粉湯,一碗30裡面滿滿的冬粉與肉條! 🍴用餐體驗🍴: 1.肉圓$45/顆 用炸的肉圓~ 裡面有豬肉、油蔥、筍塊 豬肉吃起來甜甜的 筍塊很小塊且數量不多 醬汁的部分一樣是甜口的白色醬(? 與醬油膏 雖然是炸的肉圓,但吃起來油膩感不重 外皮非常的Q彈!而且不會太厚 真不愧是必比登推薦的小吃🤣🤣 結論:🌟4/5,炸肉圓,整體稍微甜口 👏🏻其他👏🏻: #台中 #台中肉員 #肉圓 #炸肉圓 #米其林必比登

A bit disappointing. The idea is good, but most of the food in different stalls (tested 3) is pretty average and oily. Nothing else to do inside. But nice picnic table to spend some time with friends. Prices are ok.
