We visited this Korean barbecue restaurant on a weekend afternoon.
After a busy weekend (moving), we missed lunch and wanted to treat ourselves after a tiring day; afternoon tea just wouldn't be enough! So I was very happy to indulge in Korean barbecue in the afternoon.
I thought the barbecue restaurant would be filled with greasy smoke, but it wasn't! The air conditioning dispersed the heat.
I thought my clothes would smell like barbecue after cooking, but they didn’t! There were waiters to help.
Korean food has many side dishes, and we ordered grilled pork and beef. Plus, we added grilled king oyster mushrooms. Honestly, there’s no need to order a main dish.
The colorful side dishes were delicious, and we were able to get refills after finishing them. There were pancakes, tofu, broccoli, kelp, squid, and purple sweet potato (which had strawberry slices on top).
When eating barbecue, we wrapped the grilled meat in (red vinegar) pickled radish, along with onions and lettuce.
In the end, we were even given dessert after the meal.
So satisfying!
