阿隆師臭豆腐

Alonshi Stinky Tofu is located at the entrance of Lane 308, Section 3, Heping East Road, between Liuzhangli and Linguang Stations.
Compared with the lively Anju Street, Lok Yip Street and Xin On Street nearby, the atmosphere in this area is much more relaxed.

Today we enjoyed the signature golden crispy stinky tofu and large intestine mixed noodles, totaling 125 yuan.

The store seemed to have had dine-in service three years ago, but now it is completely covered and is only for takeout.

Signature golden crispy stinky tofu:
According to the store's instructions, it is cut into small pieces and then fried.
The taste is quite crispy, there is a lot of kimchi, and the sauce is sweet but not greasy.
You can feel that if you fry it for a longer time, it will be too dry. This exquisite control is the skill of the store.
You can ask the store for independent small spicy buns. The flavor of the spicy buns is also very suitable for stinky tofu. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo.
The spicy seasoning of the chili pepper brings out the salty and sweet taste of the stinky tofu kimchi and sauce.

Large intestine comprehensive noodles:
The large intestine is processed very cleanly and tastes pretty good.
In a comprehensive sense, the store also sells meat soup, squid soup, and flower soup. You can eat them all in this bowl of noodles, but they are just ordinary fish pulp products.
There is nothing obvious about the noodles themselves, but it is a delicious bowl of noodles.

Overall, stinky tofu is an absolute must-try. I recently tried the store’s traditional Taiwanese stinky tofu. The texture is indeed quite different from the signature golden cake, but it’s still delicious.
Store holidays are random, but the deliciousness of the stinky tofu makes me want to try it even after a few times.
