I've always loved pistachio ice cream, and after finding this shop online, I've been longing to try it! When I arrived at the Hongdae subway station, I realized that this ice cream 🍦 shop is actually a bit of a distance away! If you walk from the subway station, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes. It's slightly out of the way and not in the busiest area of Hongdae, but it's conveniently located right next to a park. The weather in Korea at night is quite comfortable for a stroll!

As I looked around, I could see this eye-catching ice cream shop. The overall decor is very simple and elegant. Inside, there are only a few very basic seats, which makes it seem like they don't intend for people to linger for long. On the counter, the varieties of ice cream for that day are displayed, and what's special is that they list all the ingredients used for each flavor, making it very refined and giving it a fine dining dessert feel!

Both flavors were unforgettable for me. Usually, when eating pistachio ice cream, the sweetness tends to overpower the pistachio flavor, but unexpectedly, this ice cream shop really captured the essence of pistachio; not only was it intensely flavorful, but I could also taste some actual bits of the nut! The corn 🌽 ice cream was similar; while I couldn't chew on any corn kernels, the aroma of the corn ice cream and its flavor were also very rich!

Overall, I highly recommend this ice cream shop. Although it may require a bit of a walk and reservations aren’t possible, I think it's a great choice to visit after a meal for a leisurely stroll! I recommend it to everyone!
