From Neihu to the Australian-style brunch in the Minsheng Community, it's exquisite and consistently delicious. The business is very good in the Minsheng Community, so it's recommended to make a reservation!
The advantage of this restaurant is that, in addition to their pre-set brunch selections, you can customize your own plates! This time, I chose everything myself, and I highly recommend their sourdough thick slices, sesame leaf salad, and shredded potatoes!
Each item is very generous in portion, even a bit large. If you get too greedy and choose too many, you might not be able to finish it all~
Just a reminder, the sautéed mushrooms at the Antipodean are not sautéed in balsamic vinegar as one might imagine; they are simply stir-fried, and the flavor is very mild, almost unseasoned, with a strong mushroom taste. If you are someone who enjoys balsamic vinegar mushrooms, you might want to skip this dish~
The iced Americano is quite good. I usually prefer light-roast single-origin Americanos, and theirs seems to be medium roast, but surprisingly, it doesn't have too much burnt flavor. Those who enjoy light roasts should still find it acceptable!
I saw quite a few office workers choosing the self-selected brunch options, which are actually not expensive for two or three items, resembling healthy meal boxes. People who work or live nearby can consider checking it out!
