The signature dish is plain dried noodles. Each table in the dining area has sesame sauce that you can add yourself to make sesame sauce noodles. The sesame sauce is thick and fragrant. If you order sesame sauce noodles for dine-in, the owner will still give you plain dried noodles and ask you to add the sesame sauce yourself. The plain dried noodles should be eaten while hot, as they easily clump together when cold. As you reach the end of the noodles, they might feel a bit too oily, and there is a lot of oil at the bottom of the bowl. This is probably because they use more fried shallots and oil. However, I still really like it. The soup is quite standard.
