  This ramen has a very Taiwanese style. The noodles are only thin noodles but you can adjust the softness; however, the texture of the noodles feels oddly out of place. The broth is moderately salty, making it easy to drink without feeling burdened. The two slices of chashu are quite thin, resembling hot pot meat slices.

The only difference is the broth, which has a rich bonito flavor and is very refreshing to drink.
