All the vegetable hot pot ingredients are available at the self-service bar.
It seems like more hot pot restaurants in Hsinchu are starting to offer self-service bars.
The ingredients look fresh and there are plenty of options.
The staple foods available are instant noodles, glass noodles, pot-baked noodles, and white rice (plus curry!).
You can pick what you want to eat without worrying about waste or not getting enough. 👍
The vegetable chicken soup has a slightly salty taste.
The clams in the spicy pepper clam chicken soup number six, and the spiciness is mild.
I feel the pork belly has a bit too much fat, making it a bit greasy.
The snowflake pork has a better texture.
It says on the menu that there’s 160g of meat.
Although they won’t actually weigh it with a scale, XD
I feel it's enough meat and quite filling.
