The soup contains Chinese medicinal materials, wolfberry and red dates, so it is sweet but not too oily. The small vegetables are refreshing and delicious when cooked. The skin parts of the mutton are springy, but the lean parts are dry.
I particularly like their fried tofu. The skin is not old and the tofu is tender. It is very delicious. I also ordered a duck meatball, which was small but tasted good.
However, the pot may be too large and the fire may be too small, so it will only boil at a low boil. Most of the ingredients should have been cooked in advance and should be roughly warm but not scalding.
