On Saturday night, we went to the Breeze Nanshan store, with a reservation at 6:00 PM. We scanned the QR code to order, and we could refill the shredded cabbage.

Ordering: Pork loin, grilled pork loin, grilled large shrimp, chawanmushi.

I ordered the pork loin set meal. The soup I chose was the pork miso soup, and it came with plum jelly and two side dishes. The pork loin was very tender and the portion was quite generous (I almost couldn’t finish it); I thought it had a slight spiciness to it—delicious and not dry!
