#Three Gorges
This hot pot restaurant looks very much like a café from the outside.
Walking by, it doesn’t have a prominent sign,
but its elegant appearance will definitely catch your eye.
It shouldn't be too hard to find,
but parking nearby is not easy.
For those driving, you can park in the lots near the Sanxia Elementary School and Enzhugong Hospital.
The interior space is spacious, bright, and well-designed,
creating a comfortable atmosphere.
As for the meals, the quality is quite good.
The freshness of the vegetable platter is excellent,
and there aren’t too many hot pot ingredients—
mostly vegetarian.
The quality of the sliced beef and pork is okay,
with no strange meat odors.
For the broth, I recommend the mushroom milky flavor,
which is very rich in dairy taste but not overwhelming.
Overall,
the meal quality is excellent,
the environment is great,
the prices are above average,
and the service is average.
We ordered an extra serving of udon noodles but ended up waiting a long time for it.
Even after reminding the staff, we still waited quite a while.
It was obvious that there weren't enough servers upstairs,
which is a downside.
Also, the dining time is limited to 90 minutes.
We were still eating ice cream when we were reminded that our time was up 😅
Even when it's not fully booked, the limit is still 90 minutes.
Considering all these factors,
it’s a nice place for gathering with friends or elders,
but if you’re going on your own, there are better options.
