It was well-seasoned with Sichuan pepper and had plenty of house-made sauce with spicy oil, giving it a nice kick🔥
The tofu was jiggly, and the meat was sizable, providing a satisfying bite, making it delicious🐷 The staff said it pairs very well with rice, and I completely agree🍚

Specialty Chao Men🍜
This is a noodle dish where extremely thin egg noodles are steamed and fried on one side until crispy, with a hearty filling underneath.
The aroma and texture of the noodles were great!
The staff plated it in a way that enhances the deliciousness✨
It was arranged so that the crispy noodles wouldn't be drenched in sauce
There were lots of crunchy ingredients like wood ear mushrooms and water chestnuts.
The noodles were crispy, fragrant, and incredibly delicious.
The filling was thick and hearty with pork and squid, complementing the noodles superbly.

It was great to enjoy a new menu, and it was delicious✨
The menu was diverse, and I want to try various dishes again🥰
