<About the staff 👨🍳>
There is one male and one female staff member. The male is in charge of cooking while the female handles customer interactions. Their roles are clearly defined, but they don’t talk to each other much.
<About the environment 🐾>
It's located in the Luodong Night Market, with indoor seating available. The seating is divided into indoor and outdoor areas; this time I sat outdoors, but there were other people coming and going nearby, so the aroma of the pork chops may not always be detected.
The pork chop is quite large, the egg has a buttery aroma, the meat flavor is not very strong, and the sauce is a bit lacking. However, both the noodles and the meat itself have a buttery taste, so even if the sauce runs out towards the end, the sweet and buttery flavor can still help carry it 😊.
The thickness of the meat is as shown in the picture, it seems to be a whole piece of pork cut and taken to be pan-fried.
The corn chowder has a powdery texture, making one wonder at the moment of tasting whether it was cooked with milk powder.
The desktop is as shown in the picture; I personally think the tidiness is acceptable.
