❤️ A newly opened beef noodle shop with clean decor, but the overall quality of the staff needs improvement... 📍 Located on Guangming Street in Tucheng, there are quite a few seats available for dining in, with restroom facilities provided.
🚗 It is recommended to park at the public Heping parking lot (30 TWD/hour) located diagonally across from the police station (across from the household registration office), or at the parking lot of Wuguxian Dapo Temple during operating hours (free).
🏍️ Motorcycles can be parked at the motorcycle parking lot opposite Tucheng Police Station.

💬 After ordering in the shop, I felt there was a serious shortage of staff, and it wasn’t specifically mentioned that ordering three side dishes is cheaper (I ordered two but didn’t notice it was stated on the menu). However, the decor inside is really clean and bright, and the seating isn’t too cramped.

While waiting for the food, I also noticed that there were not enough chopsticks and spoons prepared; they were only available just before serving the food, which shows a lack of manpower.

However, there is unlimited red tea and soy milk available for dining in, which pairs quite well with the beef noodle soup. It’s worth noting that the large bowl of beef noodles does not mean extra noodles and broth, but rather extra pieces of beef; I saw several reviews mentioning this point, and it’s currently noted on the menu as well.
