The only beef noodle shop near Zhangshu Road that can last, while others do not last long. The braised broth is refreshing and not greasy, the noodles have a nice elasticity, the Australian beef chunks are chewy, and the chive dumplings are solid, all handmade. What's special is that they have freshly cut braised side dishes that they heat up for you after you choose. Recently, they have added a new item, braised pork rice. When it's hot outside, the air conditioning is very strong, so you don't have to worry about sweating while eating. Overall, it's a good experience.
