Located on Huaining Street and near 228 Park, it is open from 6 am to 7 pm. Not only can you have breakfast, you can also buy it for lunch or even dinner.

Common Chinese breakfast items include rice balls, sesame cakes, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, scallion pancakes and soy milk. In addition, there are also egg pancakes, rice noodles, egg pancakes, and teppanyaki noodles.
(Actually, the menu only says "pho". After asking the boss, I found out that the egg cake uses a different crust.)

I ordered bacon omelettes for lunch today for $35 + ham and rice noodles omelets for $45.
The sauce on top is salty and sweet, like a relatively clear garlic soy sauce paste. The boss will be considerate and ask if you want to add sauce first.
The price of rice noodle cakes is 10-15 yuan more than that of ordinary egg cakes. The rice noodle crust is very elastic and has a good texture. However, the rice noodle skin does not absorb the sauce compared to ordinary egg cake skins, so it tastes delicious. The taste will be lighter
There's not much difference in taste between ham and bacon. They're just salty meats, so they're pretty average.
Both omelets are delicious, but if I really have to compare, I will still choose the regular omelet in the future.

Overall, I chose two portions of egg pancakes for lunch, which cost less than $100. It can also be paired with other items such as teppanyaki noodles or rice balls. It is an affordable lunch option. I would not hesitate to buy it again~

Bacon Omelette $35 + Ham Pho Omelette $45 (Please ask the boss to put it in the same box for me directly)
I came here at noon and took two omelets back to the office for lunch.
The store is small, with only the boss and his wife.
Meal making area
There are 2-3 counter seats
Prices keep rising...but the price is still quite cheap for lunch
They also sell meat buns, bean paste buns and other buns.
The pho omelette is still on the frying table
This is bacon quiche
This is ham pho omelette
It can be seen that the skins of the two egg cakes are different. The rice noodle skin (right) is more elastic. But overall, I prefer the regular egg pancake crust.
