A very atmospheric Japanese sushi bar experience✨ You can taste very fresh seasonal ingredients and seafood. The sushi chef's skills are impressive, making it a wonderful omakase dining experience.
I made a reservation in advance through Tabelog and entered the restaurant promptly at 18:00. I started with a bottle of Sapporo beer to wet my throat.
There are two chefs in the restaurant, and only ten seats at the counter, which provides a great view of the entire kitchen. The dining space is very comfortable.
The sushi chef speaks English and is very friendly. Since I had made a special note during the reservation, he introduced each dish in English as it was served!

This restaurant requires an advance reservation, and all dishes are served individually. The chef's attention is fully focused, and the timing for serving the dishes is perfect. Even while being attentive, they still responded with smiles, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
Towards the end of the meal, a gentleman sitting next to me suddenly turned to chat with me in Chinese. It turns out he is a Japanese-born Chinese who moved to Japan a long time ago. It was rare to meet someone who speaks authentic Taiwanese in such a place! In the end, he and his Japanese friend ordered sake from Ishikawa Prefecture for me, which was very sweet and not astringent—a delightful surprise.
After settling the bill, I said goodbye to the staff and chefs, who escorted me to the door as I left, concluding this culinary journey. Overall, it was a very nice sushi bar experience👍
