This is a branch of a noodle shop that offers dipping noodles, either to slurp or not to slurp.

It is located on the first floor of the Utopia Shiratama Onsen and is within walking distance from Kyobashi Station on various lines. 🚃

The wooden exterior was beautiful✨
The interior also featured only counter seating with a lovely wood design. 🌳

You write down your desired noodles, portion size, and toppings on a memo and order at the register. 📝

I chose cheese dipping noodles 🧀🍜
with a regular portion of 200g. 🍜

When the dipping noodles arrived in a bucket,
it included whole wheat thick noodles 🍜,
char siu (roasted pork) 🐷,
pea shoots,
and a boiled egg 🥚,
all topped with sizzling hot cheese. 🧀

Having the noodles served in a bucket is a delightful touch unique to bathhouse locations. 🛀

The dipping sauce had a soy sauce base with pork fat and green onions, complemented by braised pork, making it even richer. 🐷

Dipping the noodles into the soup, the chewy noodles were coated in the rich broth, making it delicious. 🍜
The noodles alone were tasty, but when combined with cheese, the cheese flavor melded beautifully with the soup, making it even better. 🧀

The char siu 🐷,
pea shoots,
and boiled egg 🥚
were all mild in flavor but paired perfectly with the rich broth, making it delicious!!
