Personally, I think the soup noodle shops in my alley are three in a row, each with its own characteristics, but this one is definitely the one that tastes delicious except for most items.
The frequency of my visit is usually once a week, depending on whether I feel like eating or noodles that day. I ordered fish cake soup pasta, braised tofu and blanched vegetables for lunch. The price is average and medium, but the ingredients are decent, and there are a lot of fish cakes. Paired with the store's chili (really spicy) and preserved vegetables, the soup was great, but today the pasta was a little too soft, so I deducted 1 point.
The braised tofu is also an item that I order almost every time. The braised tofu is very delicious. The green vegetables are ordered because of overall health considerations. They taste as they should, but I don’t have any special impressions.
