Contains ricotta cheese, pumpkin, roasted chestnuts, pear, and walnuts, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette.
The pumpkin and sweet potato are large and very sweet!! The perfect match of this sweetness with the acidity of the balsamic! The inclusion of roasted chestnuts is rare and moving!

Chicken Caesar Salad 🥗
Simple yet a level, no, two levels above other salads. It includes Oyama chicken breast, bacon, crispy parmesan, and croutons.
The bacon is large and fresh as well.
Roasted Forest Chicken Thigh
Loaded with mushrooms, especially the cute shape of the mushrooms!
Drizzled with rémoulade sauce, which is absolutely exceptional!! Rémoulade is a mixture of Western horseradish and fresh cream, and the horseradish flavor isn’t overwhelming—it’s rich and creamy, and pairs excellently with the chicken thigh.
A main dish that never gets boring!
Muscat & Chardonnay Jelly
This is impressive!!
It looks cute, but the taste is cuteness incarnate.
