One of the famous ramen shops in Hokkaido, which also has a branch in the ramen street of New Chitose Airport. It happened to be on our way, so we included it in our itinerary. Even though it’s not in the city center, it is a standalone shop that is clean, bright, and comfortable with fast service.
The spicy miso ramen is very spicy and has a rich flavor, somewhat reminiscent of dan dan noodles. Drinking the hot soup while it's cold outside feels very warm. The noodles are chewy and smooth, and the signature soy sauce ramen also has a harmonious and delicious overall taste. The pork and vegetable pan-fried dumplings are also quite good.

First time having shrimp ramen. A different tasting broth compared to the local prawn mee/hokkien mee. Love the option of deshelling your prawn. The chicken broth was nice as well. You can add on chili oil for extra flavor. Service was fast and even gave my son a small ballon when leaving. Price is expensive, especially for the drinks. A good place to come to if you want to try a different kind of ramen

相信喜愛拉麵朋友仔都會聽過佢地大名 僅有8個座位性價比高 經常售罄 其後由屯門搬出旺角 重開大排長龍 咁岩想食下拉麵就順便試一試 walk-in即入唔洗排隊~
原味濃拉麵丨86
湯底微厚身 香濃豬骨+雞湯味 但偏咸 會有愈食愈咸既感覺 叉燒夠淋少薄 沒有特別調味
濃厚辣味拉麵丨93
以原味做基底再加辣 後勁強但不會只有死辣 麵上附芝士粉中和 比想像中好食

皮算薄餡足 都係無乜調味 不過浸辣湯食會變左熱浪薯片味😹

拉麵方面只有配料及追加選擇 麵質無得揀硬度 頭幾啖食會比較硬身 食到中後段先浸到普通硬度 份量較少 見到有客人會加麵底及小食
感覺比普通香港拉麵店好啲 但湯底同叉燒不算特別驚喜 唔洗排隊既情況下 都想一試限定版
