The Soul-Stirring Noodle Shop After Multiple Visits
Because all the dishes contain beef, the staff kindly reminds guests upon seating and asks if they eat beef. This time, I ordered a plate of beef slices as well as a mixed vegetable and meat set. Each meal comes with a portion of tossed noodles, a soft-boiled egg (which will be halved), and an additional side (duck blood or tofu skin).
The spicy flavor is not too intense; it's within a range that even those who usually don’t eat spicy food can accept. If you don’t like dry tossed noodles, you can try adding them to the soup. However, the noodles themselves are already flavored, so you can adjust accordingly. As for the meat, while it’s sliced, it has a bit of thickness and isn’t too thin, giving it a nice chewy texture. The seasoning for the dry noodles includes vinegar, giving it a slightly sour taste. It’s quite appetizing in the summer!
The set meal is actually a bit on the expensive side, but it’s filling. Eating here occasionally is still quite nice!
