The weather is gradually getting colder, making it a perfect time for hot pot. In September, a new hot pot restaurant, "Feasting Hot Pot," joins the Taoyuan dining scene. 😋 The restaurant specializes in individual hot pots, and the one pot one grill method can awaken the inner chef in everyone‼️😆 Cook, grill, fry, stir-fry, blanch, simmer, all at once, for complete satisfaction 🤩

The free self-service section is also quite impressive, featuring unlimited rice, instant noodles, popcorn, hot and cold drinks, and ice cream. Unfortunately, there's no soy-braised pork topping 🥲

Today, I ordered the lobster seafood platter and used the one pot one grill method to try various combinations 😂 The seafood was generally quite good, with the lobster being very tender and not mushy 🫡 The other seafood items were also very nice 👍 In the grill section, I made a Thai-style fried instant noodle today 😆 Using the restaurant's Thai sauce, pork belly was stir-fried to release aroma and excess fat, then garlic and onions were added, creating an aromatic delight. Finally, Prince noodles were stir-fried with Thai sauce and basil to complete the dish ✅

The condiment section is unique as it offers basil, so when stir-frying meat slices and onions, it becomes Mongolian BBQ 😆

Additionally, I ordered a bowl of braised beef pieces for 49 yuan, and the beef portion was reasonable for the price 👍 The beef was tender and flavorful, perfect as a topping for rice to create a beef braised rice dish 😆 or when added to the pot, it instantly becomes a beef hot pot 🤩

In summary:

The hot pot offerings are quite decent, and the popcorn from the self-service bar is highly recommended, with each piece being well coated in caramel 😘 rivaling those in cinemas 😆 The one pot one grill method adds even more fun to the hot pot dining experience, allowing everyone to unleash their creativity 🙌🏻
