There are too many hot pot noodle shops in Fengjia, so I randomly chose one I hadn't tried before with my friends. The overall environment of the shop is quite old, but it is quite popular. Within half an hour of eating there, many people came to queue for takeout or to eat, which shows that it is economical and affordable. However, the taste was bland for me, and it wasn't the chewy udon noodles I like, which was a pity. Parking nearby is difficult.

The pork hot pot udon is 105 yuan. The big scoop of satay sauce given in the middle really surprised me along with the portion of noodles. I originally thought the noodles would be the softer, chewy kind, but it actually tasted more like the traditional yellow noodles.
I couldn't help but stir it up to show everyone what's in there: about 5-6 pieces of pork, two clams, one egg, two pieces of meatballs, shiitake mushrooms, a little bok choy, and lots and lots of noodles. There are so many noodles that it's not because the soup makes the spoon float; it's because they are dense enough to keep the spoon floating on top of the soup noodles. (So when I was eating, I felt like I was in an eating competition because I couldn't finish it.)
My friend ordered the pork hot pot with fried noodles, and it looks much more normal (?). At least she finished the noodles.
The indoor environment has about 6-7 tables available for seating, and having air conditioning is really a must for enjoying hot soup. 👍
