Near the vegetable market,
I bought groceries on a holiday morning and came here to eat.
The restaurant can accommodate around 20 people.
When I arrived that day, it was full,
and there were people lined up outside.
The restaurant's soup dumplings are freshly made and steamed on the spot.
They informed us that there would be a wait.
I managed to sit down and wait from the beginning,
but I still felt like the wait was quite long.
The soup dumplings are full of broth,
about a tablespoon's worth.
Since they are freshly steamed, they are super hot when served.
There's this feeling of wanting to eat quickly while also needing to be careful not to burn myself.
They use disposable utensils for dine-in.
After eating, you have to take your trash to the garbage bin yourself.
The crowded dining environment, the invisible pressure of many people waiting nearby,
and the discomfort of using disposable utensils
overwhelmed my enjoyment of this meal.
The Google reviews are very high,
but I think it might be better to eat during off-peak hours.
