1 minute walk from Osaka Metro Namba Station.
The main store of 551 Horai, said to be one of Osaka's specialties.
The second floor and above are restaurants where you can eat authentic Chinese cuisine other than dim sum.
This time I used it for takeout.
It was around 7pm on a weekday and there wasn't much of a line, but the bean-jam buns and char siu buns were sold out.
I ordered one pork bun.
I was happy that they gave me two mustard seeds and two wet towels.
The pork buns have meat and onions that have a slight texture, and are cooked sweetly, making the meat juicy. The fluffy, slightly sweet dough goes perfectly with the meat.
Thank you for the meal.
