🐟Tensui Sashimi & Tempura Specialties🐟
Recently, I've been eating sashimi bowls due to my weight loss goals🐟. Besides Lin Japanese Cuisine, I need to look for other delicious sashimi bowls in Linkou 😋! At Tensui Sashimi & Tempura Specialties, the interior and ambiance are quite nice; I personally think the atmosphere is very good. The lighting is also superb, but it’s a bit hot 🫠🫠🫠, which is a common issue with large windows.
Tensui Sashimi & Tempura Specialties is quite close to Mitsui. They mainly sell sashimi bowls, sushi, tempura, sushi rolls, and grilled items. The restaurant has two floors with great natural light, making it super suitable to visit at noon 🌞. The environment is also very new and comfortable, with bar seating and table seating. This time, I didn't make a reservation, and there were only bar seats left on the first floor! The business is quite good, so remember to book a table if needed.
▫️Swordfish Salmon Roe Bowl $520
For those who enjoy a torched flavor, this dish is a must-try. The sashimi is cut thick, making it satisfying to eat. One bite and it brings a lot of satisfaction. The rice is sushi rice made from Taitung Chishang rice 🍚. I think the acidity is just right—not too much, not too little. Wasabi and ginger are included in the bowl, so let the owner know in advance if you don’t like them!
▫️Sea Urchin and Conger Eel Flounder Bowl $560
My girlfriend absolutely loves sea urchin! Whenever she sees it, she basically orders it. The flounder is surprisingly thick; it's rare to find it this thick since it’s usually quite thin. The sweetness of the sea urchin is moderate, and the tamagoyaki in the bowl isn’t too sweet, which is very satisfying to eat!
