This time I came to a cafe selling French desserts near Shilin MRT station. The shop has two floors. The first floor is the work area and take-out area. The second floor is the internal area. There are not many places. The decoration and furnishings are... French antique style, the conversation in the store is not noisy and the volume is very comfortable. My friends and I like the atmosphere here😍
The low consumption per person is NT$280, so you won’t be forced to order a drink, which is pretty good.

This dessert is so delicious! Santo Dono Noir is actually very similar to puffs, but their San Dono Noir is soft and has a layer of caramel on the outside. It goes well with fresh cream and the pie crust underneath. It goes very well overall, not too sweet, but caramelized on the outside. Will stick to teeth.

I actually don’t understand this dish. I used to eat mostly dried figs. Fresh figs have this kind of taste. I’m not used to it. There is a layer of cheese sandwiched between the pie crust and the figs, but I think they go together. It doesn't match.
✨Rose cream, salted caramel dacquoise 80, 80
Their dacquoise is delicious! It was not given to me after being frozen, but freshly baked. The skin is very crispy. It is the number one dacquoise in my mind. The rose cream is a bit sweet, while the salted caramel is a bit salty and has a bit of caramel bitterness, which is amazing🤣
✨Fresh milk tea 160
Fresh milk tea is different from ordinary fresh milk tea. It has an extra plant aroma, which I think is very special!
Overall, I highly recommend it. Anyone who comes to Shilin will want to go there again!
