Thank you, Fooday 🥳 for making me want to try more different cuisines 🍽
🚩 Location 🧭
Located at the intersection of Dali District and East District in Taichung City, near the intersection of Dazhi Road and Dongguangyuan Road.
I actually thought this place was in the East District, but I was surprised to find out that it's part of Dali District.

🪑 About the overall atmosphere 🎡
There's a food truck outside that says sushi, but there's a note saying that ready-made sandwiches and sushi are currently inside. When I went, there were no customers, which might be why the air conditioning wasn't on and the front door was wide open. If you're lucky, you can park one car in front, but there's no marked line.

💰 About the prices 💰
Bacon and egg deliciousness with layer toast $79, lobster salad sushi $150, Taiwanese stir-fried noodles with egg $50.

🍴 About the dishes ☕
The layered toast with bacon and egg is very tasty. I heard that the layers are made with a lot of oil, which you can't really taste; there's a piece of vegetable inside, and the omelet is quite thick along with another piece of vegetable and a pink unknown sauce. The meat slices are the same as those in regular bacon and egg toast, just thin slices.

The lobster salad sushi has ingredients that seem to include imitation crab sticks, vegetables, pork floss, and cucumber paired with lobster salad. You can clearly taste the salad, and there's a hint of crushed lobster meat; the cucumber is crispy and refreshing, with a mild flavor that fits the sushi.

The Taiwanese stir-fried noodles didn't taste like what I imagined traditionally, leaving me a bit disappointed. It tasted more like the kind of grilled stir-fried noodles you get at a chain breakfast place—lacking flavor and memorable points.

🤨 Conclusion ♥
Both the sushi and the toast were very delicious, while the Taiwanese stir-fried noodles were slightly off. Next time, I might try the Japanese-style stir-fried noodles.
