I passed by this shop on the provincial road many times and finally thought of it when the weather was slightly cool.
The two of us ordered a small lamb hot pot. The soup had a refreshing herbal flavor and was not greasy. The lamb chunks had the skin on and there was a decent amount, not too little and no strange taste. There were also white radishes inside. Next to us, we could take vegetables and ingredients from the fridge (a plate for 60 NT) along with drinks. We took baby corn and cabbage, adding some duck meatballs, which felt very satisfying. In addition, we ordered lamb noodles that were fragrant and not greasy. The sesame oil lamb stomach was something my friend wanted to try. I had no interest in it at first, but after eating it, I found it quite delicious and the texture was not strange, better than I expected.
The overall environment of the restaurant is simple and clean, and the staff's attitude was quite good. There is parking next to the shop, and you can also park by the roadside. They also offer frozen packs for takeaway delivery service, which is worth trying for those who cannot make it to the store.
