The last day of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday,
Say goodbye to the lazy daily routine and go out to replenish the yang energy of the Dragon Boat Festival!
This time I picked a ramen shop near Zhubei Yuanbai
It advertises Okinawa ramen (I think the texture of thin ramen is almost the same, the difference is in the soup), and the store presets the cooking degree of the noodles: hard (if you like a softer texture, you have to check it specially).
This time I ordered black tonkotsu ramen. The noodle part is hard and chewy, and the tonkotsu soup is richer. The overall fit between the noodles and the soup is good, and both are delicious, but you need to pair it with some side dishes to relieve the tiredness (the store provides spicy noodles) bean sprouts). The basic price ramen does not come with hot spring eggs, which is a bit of a pity (I don’t like eggs too much).
Finally, in terms of CP value,
The price is a bit high,
The dumplings that the store is proud of cost about 25 yuan each (I didn’t order them this time).
The unit price of a piece of takoyaki is about 30 yuan (there are extra points, I forgot to take a photo, it tastes good, but it is not recommended as a must-order).
Occasionally I would pass by and come in for something to eat.
There’s no comment yet.
