🌶️ Japan has finally started the spicy hot pot craze! It's okay to only take one of each item in the weigh-in mode!
Recently, I’ve often seen spicy hot pot in Tokyo, and almost every place has long lines! Among them, Qibao is especially popular as a chain.
Taiwanese people are definitely familiar with the ordering method: you first grab a metal basin and rack to select your favorite ingredients, and then the total is calculated by weight. The basic soup includes vermicelli, and other types of noodles and meats are ordered at the counter. After choosing the broth and spice level, you can take a seat and pay after eating.
This time I chose level 3 spicy, which feels just right considering I usually eat medium spicy in Taiwan. However, I really regretted choosing the "wide vermicelli" this time! Everyone can check the pictures for explanations; I highly recommend not ordering it!
Although it’s a bit pricey overall, since I really love spicy hot pot, I will likely return frequently when craving something tasty!
