According to the official website, Waffle factories are located in major cities in Europe, but surprisingly there are only two branches in Belgium, where it started🤔
There are two kinds of waffles in Belgium: square and regular Brussels waffles and more irregular sun waffles. Waffle factory also has LunchWaf with fillings inside and waffine, which is said to be like a biscuit. This time I ordered a salty and sweet Andalouse LunchWaf filled with chicken and cheese and a Brussels Waffle with salted butter caramel.
LunchWaf tastes quite special. I originally thought it was salty because it was folded in half like a log cabin waffle. The fillings of LunchWaf are integrated into the waffle, so it tastes moister. The chicken is cut into a size that fits your mouth. Andalouse also has Add a little chili pepper so it's a little spicy, and the combination of various flavors doesn't conflict. Brussels waffles have a crispy outer shell and are not so thick on the inside. A large part of the taste depends on the flavor you order. Salted butter caramel is good, salty and sweet.
This restaurant is near the Manneken Pis. It has convenient transportation. The environment inside the store is quite clean and the food is not expensive. It’s good if you’re tired from walking and want to have a quick bite to rest.
