Taiwanese Japanese food with good CP value
During the holiday dining period, people usually queue up at 11 o'clock, and the approximate queue time is 20-30 minutes.
With a low purchase of NT$250, you can enjoy free unlimited miso soup. The miso soup here is very sincere and full of tofu, fish and other ingredients.
The ingredients are quite fresh, there are many service staff, and the food is served quickly.
This time I ordered raw fish nigiri sushi, including salmon, swordfish, angel red shrimp, etc. 8 pieces for 230 yuan. Because the nigiri sushi is made in large quantities next to the vinegar rice bucket, and the storage conditions are average, I usually ask him to cook it and eat it. It’s more reassuring and there is no extra charge. Other fish, scallops, etc. are stored in the freezer before being taken out for cooking.
I also ordered a saury for $100. Although it doesn’t have eggs like sweetfish, it is still cooked until even the fish bones can be easily melted, which is not bad.
I highly recommend everyone to give it a try. If possible, it is recommended to come on weekdays where there is less need to line up and it is more leisurely.
