🪑 About the overall atmosphere 🎡
The store has a typical Yonghe Soy Milk setup, which is entirely open without air conditioning. You can park right at the entrance, although it seems like illegal parking, but it’s just next to the entrance. You take your soy milk drinks to the counter to check out; after ordering, you pay first, and only cash payment is accepted.

🍴 About the food ☕
Initially, I thought that a place with only 2.9 stars on Google reviews wouldn’t be great, and Yonghe Soy Milk selling beef noodle soup? That piqued my interest, so I ordered it to try. To my surprise, it was quite good! It had some cabbage and tomato; the knife-shaved noodles came with about five slices of beef. While the beef wasn't melt-in-your-mouth, it was flavorful and not tough at all. The noodles had a great chewiness typical of knife-shaved noodles, and although the broth was of the braised type, the flavor wasn’t too strong - it was truly exceptional!
🤨 Conclusion ♥
For $130, I think this flavor of beef noodle soup is a great value. The soup, noodles, and meat all match my preferences. Next time, I will definitely come back specifically to have this exceptional beef noodle soup.
