It was so cold that day, and I really wanted to eat some hot stewed snacks, so I randomly found this shop on Google. The store isn't big, but there are a few seats available for dining in. The ordering process is clearly laid out, and you can choose your own ingredients or select from the pre-made sets offered by the shop. When checking out, you can choose how you want to eat it, either dry mixed or as a soup. Since the weather was cold, I went for the spicy tonkotsu soup. I was initially hesitant to choose between spicy and tonkotsu, but I thought tonkotsu is less common at stewed snack places, and adding spice sounded great too—plus, their spice seemed quite healthy. The overall environment, counters, and refrigerator were pretty clean and tidy, and the owner (or manager) was very kind and easy to chat with.

It seems that parking nearby isn't very convenient, so we took our food to go. The spiciness was mild, and paired with the tonkotsu, I found the broth quite delicious. The duck blood and tofu were also good, and there was more quantity than I expected. The dried tofu absorbed the broth well, which felt nice. They packaged the Korean ramen separately, so it didn't get too soggy once we got home to eat together. I felt very satisfied after finishing the meal, and if I have the chance, I would love to try other items on their menu.
