Founded in 1957, this longstanding establishment utilizes self-fried satay sauce and fresh ingredients to create delicious flavors. They do not accept phone reservations, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out, with the possibility of closing early. You can call in advance for inquiries. (Restaurant introduction)

This nearly seventy-year-old restaurant has a regular environment. It's my first time trying satay hotpot, and as the restaurant introduces, the simple broth and fresh ingredients only get better the more you eat. Don't miss the satay sauce if you love it, especially since it's heated with charcoal, creating a vibrant flame that adds to the experience.

The ingredients include common hotpot vegetables and dumplings, as well as slices of beef and lamb. At the start, there was a large piece of bean skin and some vegetables in the pot. Overall, the experience was quite good, and the service was very friendly.
