When I found this restaurant, I was completely attracted by the oysters🦪
I decided right away that I had to go to the store and try it out.
So I had a specific date in mind and went there without making an appointment.
That place is not particularly easy to walk to.
We went there by taxi
It feels like it’s a very special accommodation there.
I saw some guests staying in very exotic-style B&Bs
When we arrived at the restaurant, we were lucky enough to be the first group of customers.
And the clerk is very enthusiastic and speaks English very well!
He was able to explain the meals to us in detail~

❤️Baynes Sound oyster
These are locally harvested oysters. There are no flaws and they are very fresh! You can feel the salty and sweet taste of oysters!
❤️Ponzu oyster
I think this is the most delicious pairing with oysters among them all.. A quail egg is placed on top of the regenerated oyster🦪, Japanese sweet wine is added, and finally it is topped with a little flying fish roe and soy sauce! The yolk of the quail eggs perfectly combines with the oysters, bringing out the overall sweetness of the oysters! Flying fish softness adds a special taste in the mouth! You can feel the smoothness and softness of the oysters, and you can also feel the soft particles of the flying fish! The last bit of soy sauce enhances the original sweetness even more! This one ~ I highly recommend ~

This kind of oyster really surprised me. The oyster can be so fat and juicy. The fresh and sweet taste can be completely spread in the mouth. I really can eat a few more without feeling tired. ! Anyone who comes here must try it ~ it will definitely make you want to order a second helping!
❤️uni pasta
The sea urchin pasta in this shop uses wider noodles. The noodles add a little flavor when cooked, so you can feel the rich aroma of cream in every bite, but it is a pity that they did not cook the sea urchin completely. It blends in, so it feels like eating sea urchin with a side of noodles! If it can be fully integrated like Japanese sea urchin, I believe it will be even more delicious!
Overall, I think it’s very worthwhile to go just for the oysters. Unless you go to a very high-end restaurant in Taiwan, it’s not easy to eat such fresh oysters with so many variations. In addition, because This is seafood in Vietnam. After eating so much, it is still very cheap! It makes me really want to stay around here for an extra month!
