My family's steak restaurant, Banqiao Yuanke branch
This steakhouse is located in the Banqiao Yuanke Industrial Park and is very popular, making it quite difficult to book a reservation. Similar to "Sun Dongbao Taiwanese Steak," it has a self-service section. The buffet is so abundant that you could just eat from it (390 TWD). According to the menu, for an additional 30 TWD (420 TWD), you can enjoy the cheapest special steak or grilled chicken thigh. Many friends and family members usually order extras, and if it were lunch, I would also get the chicken thigh. However, since this was dinner, I focused on enjoying the buffet.
At the buffet, there are many dishes I love, including proteins (fish, chicken, pork), vegetables (eggplant, bamboo shoots), soups (white radish fish ball soup), and desserts (ice pops, ice cream), all of which are very delicious. Please refer to the photos. This time, I chose a few standout dishes to write about. Just enjoying one of these flavors was very satisfying, and I managed to try everything; it was fantastic.
(1) Pan-fried fish: Small whole fish (with head and tail) that are fried to a very crispy texture; it’s particularly tasty. I took it twice.
(2) Braised chicken pieces: Slightly spicy and flavorful.
(3) Traditional braised pig’s trotter.
(4) Eggplant.
(5) Bamboo shoots.
(6) White radish fish ball soup.
(7) Desserts (ice pops, ice cream).
After eating, I strolled outside to admire the moon and digest my dinner. I will definitely come again, as there are still many dishes I want to try.
