Because everyone was rushing to eat, I didn’t take a picture of the onion one😓.
According to statistics, my fried rice is the most delicious, a little spicy, but not too spicy, full of ingredients, the noodles are moderately soft and hard, a little numb, and delicious.
The pomelo aroma is relatively fresh and light, and the soup is delicious.
The bibimbap is pretty good. This one comes in a separate small bowl. The actual bowl of bibimbap is topped with egg droplets, and the taste is good.

《環境》有別於一般傳統的麵店，內部裝潢設計有點日式風格，內用桌位以方桌居多但也有吧台位置，以兩個人用餐來說個人覺得桌子偏小，多點幾道小菜就滿桌了，另外用完餐後要記得收拾的回收區～

店家的麻辣沒有很辣🌶️但是有點麻，有麻辣的料理幾乎都有油炸屑屑用來增加口感，這次點的每一道菜都還可以，唯獨麻辣油條吃起來偏普通沒有什麼特別的，個人覺得價格偏貴～

這家麵店的位址周遭原本都是比較老舊的社區，不過最近這個老舊社區開始有一些年輕的商店餐廳進駐，所以又開始活了起來。
這家麵店走的也是有點微文青的風格，麵的種類也是比較多元有變化，但同時經典的小菜還是有。例如滷鴨血或是油豆腐味道適中，口味不會太重，而且Q度恰到好處，滿好吃的。麵的部分也有比較川味的選擇，而且辣度非常得宜。那種辣麻的感覺很適合那些喜歡吃辣，但又重視健康的人。
唯一的缺點大概只有他的單價都稍微高了一些，如果要吃麵店的朋友周遭其實也有很多更實惠的選擇，因為南屯傳統市場就在附近而已。
