❤️ A stinky tofu and noodle shop that was renovated after a visit from Zhu Rong has seen an increase in business.
Each post includes actual dining photos, even if it's just a photo of a drink, to prevent some users from pretending they dined without pictures of meals.
Overall rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑

📍 The shop is located on the busiest Yumin Road, near Exit 3 of Haishan Station. It offers indoor seating (about 8-10 people) but no restroom facilities.
🚗 If driving, it's recommended to park at the MRT Haishan Station transfer parking lot (40 TWD/hour) or at the Xuecheng parking lot (30 TWD/hour).
🏍️ For scooters, it's suggested to park near Xuecheng Park, where there are many scooter parking spots.

💬 After the renovation, the overall appearance of the shop looks quite clean. The shop also offers free barley tea for customers to drink, which is really necessary in the hot summer. The owner and his wife are very friendly~ and they don’t mind if someone eats alone. You need to pay first before dining, utensils are self-service, and there's a sign prohibiting outside food. After dining, you need to manage your own recycling (though I noticed some customers didn't recycle), but the staff does circulate the area fairly quickly.

🍜🦪🐷 Mixed Noodle Soup $60 The mixed noodle soup includes intestines and oysters, with the oysters being quite large. However, it doesn't have as many ingredients as the photos posted by others online (you can find this by searching for "Hai Shan Zhan Stinky Tofu" and looking at the second link; it looks more like a leaf combo...). I'm not sure why there's no cilantro, only garlic sauce is provided, but you can add spicy chili (which is really spicy) yourself. The overall portion is on the smaller side, and the taste leans more towards sour and salty. But for the price of 60 NT dollars, it's relatively okay and suitable for those who enjoy bold flavors.
The dish didn't have any cilantro in sight, so I added a bit of chili on my own, which will be spicy.
You can see the kitchen workspace.

Takeout also offers chili peppers.
