The three kinds of shrimps are all quite big, and the intestines are removed well. They are easy to cook and very fresh.
I forgot to ask what kind of fish it was this time. I thought it would be good for firewood, but it turned out to be surprisingly tender.

As for the meat, I think both qualities are pretty good.
Some hand-cut Matsusaka pork may be cut very thickly, which makes it taste unpleasant.
But the slices here are just right, and when cooked, you can still eat them with elasticity and tenderness but not dryness.
The beef is also good, thumbs up

The sand tea sauce is not just any kind of sand tea, it tastes very good
The kumquat sauce and homemade chili are also delicious.

For dessert this time we ordered sasanqua jelly and coffee jelly
Camellia jelly tastes better, coffee jelly is sweeter

Finally, the soup
This time we chose kombu vegetables and stir-fried garlic chicken
Both tasted like they were missing something at first.
(I don’t know if it’s salty)
But the garlic chicken gets more and more delicious later on
The shrimps taste better after being cooked with kombu vegetables.
Overall, I deducted one star because of the soup.
