New ramen shop opened in Ximen 7/1

🍽️Environment
The space inside the store is not large, with only about 10 seats at the bar. The rules outside the store say you are not allowed to take pictures of the kitchen, and do not swipe your phone on the seat after eating.
Today, I sat under the innermost air-conditioner and did not feel the power of the air-conditioner. There is a tomato bag under the seat to provide storage.
Ice cubes and water are provided on the counter above the seats, and they will be placed on top for customers to move to the table when the meal is served.

▪️Spice Ramen (Basic) $280
It is said that there are 14 kinds of spice flavors, sour and spicy, and three kinds of soups including pork, chicken and fish. The basic configuration includes coriander and chopped green onion, which can be replaced with onions. It costs 40 to add noodles.
Because it was my first time trying it out, I took the old photo of the basic configuration, but later I heard a lot of people say they don’t want coriander🤣
Since we were the first group to enter, it took about 5-10 minutes for the food to be served, so we didn’t have to wait too long.

At first glance, the soup looks complicated. Although it is sprinkled with coriander and green onion, it still feels quite oily. I looked at a piece of meat, but later in the soup there was another small piece of meat, two pieces of cauliflower and bean sprouts.

First, take a sip of the soup. It is indeed full of spices and sour with a bit of spiciness, but the taste is quite strong. I already predict that I won’t drink too much of the soup. Although the dough looks thicker, it tastes soft and not too spicy. The most important thing is that the barbecued pork tastes very dry, with distinct shreds of meat. I especially took a cross-section of it, and it has the feeling of being the driest in the middle of a table-top dish.

Paired with the so-called Indian BGM in the store and eating this bowl of heavy-flavored ramen in a seat that is not cold, it is not comfortable to eat, but suddenly when I eat coriander, I feel like I have encountered an oasis in the desert. The smell of coriander is like salvation from the salty hell, providing A refreshing feeling. In the past, coriander was always placed next to me, so I won’t pick it out this time🙄

In summary, there are many ramen restaurants at this price range, and I recommend that those who want to try spice ramen come here.
