I was worried that the flavors wouldn't match, but I didn't expect that the skin would be criticized by me for being too thick once I took a bite. After biting down, I tasted the fragrance of bamboo shoots and dried tofu. The different dipping sauces also added to the experience. The wonton soup, pig’s head meat, and fresh oyster soup were all... just okay. But surprisingly, the fresh oysters were praised for not being too dry and having a fresh taste. I didn’t expect to find such delicious food in the alley of Gongguan.
I recommend the casual meatballs in Gongguan.
