Confit pork belly, apple caramel, mashed potato, broccoli – ₽1150
"KFC" Korean fried chicken, kimchi ketchup – ₽680
Baguio Broccoli, crispy egg, gorgonzola velouté – ₽480
Truffle mac & cheese, glazed pork belly, smoked cheese, brioche crumbs – ₽750
Chocolate moelleux, milk foam, vanilla ice cream – ₽420
★ Texture
Pork belly (confit pork)
This dish is their signature.
The mashed potatoes are very rich in flavor, paired with a bit of berry sauce on the confit pork, the overall texture is not greasy!
A must-try.
Baguio Broccoli, crispy egg, gorgonzola velouté
This dish did not leave a significant impression.
"KFC" Korean fried chicken
A dish that received unanimous praise from everyone.
The portion is relatively small.
Truffle mac & cheese, glazed pork belly, smoked cheese, brioche crumbs
Tends to be salty.
But for cheese lovers, this is not to be missed!
It is very rich and delicious.
Chocolate moelleux, milk foam, vanilla ice cream
For dessert, this dish is rather ordinary.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering it.

Salmon fish cake, organic egg, warm tartare sauce – ₽450
★ Texture
The sunny-side-up egg is half-cooked.
In the middle is the salmon fish cake.
Underneath is a base made of chopped egg whites with tartare sauce,
The tartare sauce tastes more acidic than sweet.
★ Service:
Perfect score, the waiters will ask if you have any dietary restrictions.
There is service water / sparkling water (for a fee) available.
The waitstaff are very eager to check if you are satisfied with your meal.
They are very happy to introduce the dishes to customers.
There will be an additional 10% service charge.

This dish takes about 10-15 minutes.
