It's been a while since I last updated. This time I want to share a vegetarian rice roll shop at the Minxiong Market in Chiayi. They have quite a variety, and the rice isn’t too wet or sticky; it’s very chewy. You can choose between large and small rolls, and personally, I find the small roll to be quite filling. The best part is that you also get a drink or corn soup (the milk tea is the best and gives the highest value for money).
I've previously tried flavors like Korean kimchi, burdock, and curry chicken, all of which were very delicious. The base ingredients include corn, cucumber, vegetarian meat floss, and shredded cabbage, paired with the main flavor. However, I found the Korean kimchi to be quite sour; the other flavors were really good though.

In addition, they also sell grilled noodle soup and shaved ice. Personally, I really love their grilled noodle soup; it's hearty with generous portions, and you can add an egg for extra. Finishing one portion feels very satisfying, but it depends on the owner’s mood; sometimes she doesn't want to cook. 🤣
