Yao’s clear fish soup is one of Taipei people’s late-night snack lists. The previous article introduced Zhu Tian’s raw fish dish. After finishing the meal, it’s perfect to have another bowl of clear fish soup!
There are two famous clear fish soups, namely Yujia and Yaojia. Personally, I prefer Yaojia.
Yao's meat is chunkier and less dry, and the soups of the two are similar. It's refreshing and has a bit of wine aroma. It's super comfortable to drink it warm and warm~
Between fried noodles and fried rice, I prefer fried rice noodles, but it happened to be sold out on the day of the shooting, so I had to order fried noodles.
The sauces used for fried noodles and fried flour (the seasonings are actually the same) are full of meaty aroma, but rice noodles absorb more juice and taste heavier and more enjoyable. Noodles are a bit boring to eat (I hate oily noodles), but overall It seems that the marinade is holding up!
