This Banshan Rice Noodles restaurant is the same as the next door restaurant, Banshan Pork Ribs Noodles.
What’s special is that they didn’t even have a store name.
They are all named after the region and the name of the restaurant.
Over time, everyone started to call it this way.

When I first came to Penghu 7 years ago, I came here often.
It’s been nearly three years since I went on a pilgrimage
Dine in when we arrive today
I found my son who used to quarrel with the boss’s wife
I actually became a lot more sensible and polite.
I have grown up a lot🤣🤣🤣

Long time no see
This time I still ordered my favorite dry pasta.
I like spicy chili sauce
I know the features of this room are:
Must add "Tongquan Chili Sauce"🤤🤤
In addition, other homemade spicy and bean paste
None of them match well🤣🤣

Dry pasta that I haven’t eaten in a while $65
From thin slices of lean meat to blanched pork belly
The sauce tastes very similar to before
But the taste has become lighter~
I personally can’t say whether it’s good or bad.
Because it is paired with Dongquan chili sauce
It’s still delicious 😋

Served with Penghu’s unique spaghetti noodles

I must share the pasta from Penghu
Look at the kind you often eat on this island⋯
Tainan salt water pasta is very different
Penghu’s pasta is thicker, slightly curly, not easy to rot, and white in color.
Except for the deep-fried noodles like pot-roasted pasta.
The noodles in the ground store are all like this

I have been in Penghu for many years
I am gradually getting tired of eating the kind of pasta from this island.
